As Cunningham continued to grow, we opened our second office location in Ankeny in 2017. The new location helped us support our growing team, projects, and customer base.

As Cunningham continued to grow, 2000’s marked a move to a new office location across the street from our fabrication shop.

As Cunningham continued to grow, we expanded our trades team and capabilities, positioning the company to pursue larger-scale projects and take on new opportunities throughout the region.

In 1969, Charles Cunningham brought his experience in the heating and ventilation industry to Oskaloosa, Iowa, where he established Cunningham Heating and Ventilating Co., Inc. What began as a new local business would grow into the Cunningham, Inc. of today.
